In November of 2002, the first Happy Hearing
Center opened for business in Kernersville, North Carolina.
Originally, Tommy Collie opened the first office in Kernersville,
with the assistance from his family, especially, Wayne
Collie, Alan Collie, and Dianne Duke. Very quickly,
additional service centers were opened in the
central North Carolina to meet the growing demand for
quality hearing aids at affordable prices. The first year proved to
be very successful, and led to a partnership with "Affordable
Hearing Centers of America" with several additional locations
throughout North Carolina. In July of 2004, Happy Hearing
Center purchased all of the business of Affordable Hearing Centers,
and became, "Happy Hearing Centers of America." Then, one year
later, in July of 2005, Tommy Collie purchased the company from his
family. Offices are now located in Winston Salem,
Kernersville, Greensboro, Wilmington, and Whiteville North
Carolina. All of the previous owners, and the current
owner are thankful for the opportunity, which
we believe is only possible by God's grace, to help the hearing
impaired in our communities. It is our hope and prayer that
many people who suffer from hearing loss will receive the same high
quality care that we would expect if we were the customer.
Our Mission
Statement:
Under God, and
as good stewards of the opportunity he has provided us, we are
committed to provide the hearing impaired the highest quality
hearing aids, the highest level of service, and at the best possible
prices. |
