It is the goal of Happy Hearing Center to maintain the lowest possible prices. However, our commitment to low prices, does not mean that we limit the choices of products offered. Unlike many "single manufacturer" franchises, we offer a choice of many different manufacturers, and products from entry level analog hearing instruments to the latest and the newest digital technology. Just as a auto dealer may offer a full line of autos from economy to luxury models, our product lines include all models offered by the manufacturers, and it is our goal to offer even the most advanced models, and at very competitive prices.
Prices on hearing aids vary tremendously, and the model recommended varies as well. The degree of hearing loss, the lifestyle of the patient, and the choices of features desired are all discussed with the patient after the hearing exam and prior to any recommendation, but in an effort to give any prospective customer a price range of our products, we offer the following price ranges for your benefit.
Entry level analog instruments start at prices as low as $399 each.
Entry level Digital instruments start at prices as low as $799 each.
Advanced Digital instruments start at prices as low as $999 each.
Premium (the most current digital technology available from a manufacturer) start as low as $1499 each.
Of course, these are our everyday low prices, and we do have special promotions and special offers periodically throughout the year. Any discounts or special offers are offered on our everyday low prices, not from and inflated "MFG" list price. Our everyday low prices are usually much lower than the MFG suggested list price. Most months, we have at least one model on sale. For special offers, please call our office for details.
Most manufactures spend many millions of dollars each year on research and development in an attempt to meet the high demands of the buying public and therefore the latest advanced digital circuits will cost a premium. This is true, regardless of the manufacturer. Many people think that the dealer makes the highest percentage of profit on the most expensive models, and some may do so, but in keeping with our goal of offering the lowest possible prices, we generally make less percentage of profit on the higher technology products.
It is not our goal or practice to attempt to "sell" anything to a prospective customer. Instead, we consider it our job to help the customer understand first what models that they can wear based on the results from their testing, and secondly, to understand the different choices and why certain models cost more. We want you to understand as much about your choices as possible, and then you always decide what model is best for you.
